Charge 2 not getting notifications from iPhone

Had this tracker for a year. It's been fine. Now, suddenly...

 

- Not appearing in iOS Bluetooth list, yet syncing with app, showing steps and everything.

- Notifications not working.

 

Yes, notifications are on. 

 

Please help! 🙂

@holymosesmusic It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry to hear that you aren't getting notifications on your tracker. Don't worry that your tracker isn't showing on your bluetooth list as the connection is handled by the Fitbit app. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this setup notifications again.
