Charge 2 not getting notifications

I know this can't be just me having issues since the latest update, I see the update has caused a bunch of other issues.  I've tried rebooting, I've unlinked to the phone, I've done everything instructions say to do.  It randomly will give me a notification so it's not broken.  Is this going to be addressed in a new update along with the other issues?

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not getting notifications and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleYou can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  • You can find additional suggestions here.
