Lost all notification of text or phone. Deleted app and now Bluetooth won’t  recognize it. Help

@Lizabet Welcome! It's great to see you around! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

 

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not getting notifications. Which phone are you using? Is it compatible? You can try the following:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device. 
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

I can’t get texts on my charge 2. It will show the calls but not the texts. I’ve reset resynced and all the trouble shooting advice

I started getting my texts again today. Try putting it on charger and restart it by holding button for few seconds when it connects to charger.
