Charge 2 not pairing anymore

My iphone 8 can't find the Charge 2 either.  Doesn't see it under bluetooth devices and doesn't connect within app.  I've reset both the phone and the Charge 2.  Still doesn't see it.

@twentyniner Welcome! It's great to see you around! Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 isn't syncing with your phone. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. You can find additional suggestions here.
