Fitbit stopped logging my sleep

I had my Fitbit Charge 2 for about 14 months.  It always tracked my sleep & sleep stages (assuming I slept long enough).  All of a sudden, for the last 2 days, it doesn't show anything under sleep.  i.e. it doesn't track the length or stages...nothing.

I clicked the + sign on the Fitbit app (on the iPhone) & clicked "log sleep", but that only created an incorrect manual log.

How can I get it to log my sleep the way it has for 14 months?  Thank you.

Same problem. I've already reset the fitbit, redownliaded the app, I don't use the "track now" button, I wear it two to three inches above my wrist, full battery  and I don't stay in one position all night, so I know the tracker is able to get my heart rate. Last two nights, it didn't track.
