I bought the fitbit off a friend, it paired fine with my 1st phone which I lost, I now have a Samsung mobile like my wife she has had no problems I've tried many times to pair ,new installation many times please help

Not all Samsung phones are on the list of Approved Devices. Check for yours.

@Jasonhb  are you using the fitbit app to setup the tracker.

Also make sure that the tracker is not showing on the phones Bluetooth screen.
