Hello @NicksNix is the a charge 2 still connected to your Fitbit Account.  You don't say anything about removing it.

Did you remove the Charge 2 from your phone's bluetooth? This odd the way to un-pair the tracker.

What so you mean by reset the watch?

Thank you for the reply.  My fitbit stopped syncing on the 17th.  I removed the app from my phone, and re-installed it.  my account is still active, but my fitbit is not linked.  when I try to link the charge 2, I get as far as the number i have to enter, and then it just stays on that screen.  I pressed and held the start button on my fitbit whilst charging to reset the fitibit.  My blue tooth is definitely working.

Have you been able to get your Charge 2 to sync @NicksNix

It looks like you did remove the Fitbit from your Fitbit account,  this step usually adds more issues. It is like closing the door then removing the door handle and complaining that the doe will not open. We still have to fix the sync issue.

It is not pairing. I have tried to add it again and have not been able to add it. I hear what you are saying about adding more issues. It was another of the steps in the troubleshooting process. I can't add my Fitbit, I can't get it to pair, and I can't get it to sync.

Thanks,
Maria

Hi - I actually got it to pair again, but only because I downloaded the app on someone else's  phone, and logged in with my account.  Only then were I able to once again pair on my Samsung J6.  I am quite disgusted in having to go this far just to get the fitbit to pair again.  The fitibit support people did not help either, only sent on copied texts.......
