Hi!
I recently noticed my Charge 2 stopped syncing with my phone (Samsung A70) for no reason - it also only dropped sync sporadically.
My Charge also died (even though the battery was full) and when I plugged it in to charge it completely lost all sync and pairing.
I've tried the following things:
1. Cleared bluetooth and restarted 6 times
2. Restarted my phone twice
3. Uninstalled the app and redownloaded it
4. Deleted my device from my app and now can't re-add it (gets stuck after the 4 digit screen), thereby losing all my unsynced data
5. Reset the device using the cradle several times to no avail.
Please help me - I use my Fitbit to track my sleep patterns for my GP and not having this data is really blooming inconvenient!

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not pairing and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. It seems that you have tried the suggested troubleshoots but still you can check the help article here. I noticed that you already have a ticket with Support so keep working with them to find a solution.
