I have had a charge 2 for about 18 months. The screen has cracked straight down the middle and its not recording information, it has the wrong date/time, and isn’t syncing. Is there anyway I can get it fixed/serviced?

I've owned 3 charge 2s and every one of them has crack marks. Except mine have then closer to the edge than the middle. Fitbit warrantied 1 of them and sent me a free replacement. Also, my charge 2 and my daughters charge 2 both are not working properly lately either.
