Hi,
I am using Fitbit charge 2, charged it to full and tried to set it up with the Fitbit app.
I was able to get the code on my charge 2 and able to pair with the Fitbit app and then I tried to update the firmware from the app.
It went fine upto some point and after that update failed in between.
From that point i am not able to turn on my Fitbit charge 2,the display is blank and showing blank screen.
Few Observations:
1.Tried connecting the charger and restarting the Fitbit charge 2, the display didn’t came up.
2.The green lights of the sensors are continuously blinking.
3. Indication of battery charging didn’t showed up when the charger is connected.
4. I am not able to pair the device anymore.
Please help to get the Fitbit Charge 2 working.
