Charge 2 not receiving notifications

I have a Charge 2, several week ago it stopped receiving notifications showing a text and phone ringing. I have restarted it at least 3 times, turned it off on my iPhone 7S, several times, done everything I have see on line. Any suggestions?

Thanks for troubleshooting this notifications issue. If you are having problems with this feature, I recommend checking the help article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? and make sure you have followed the instructions provided there.
