Charge 3 screen has lines, random celebration

This is my 2nd charge as I had a replacement after the previous was faulty also. Since I got this I have noticed it seems to have a mind of its own at times. It will celebrate 10000 steps when I haven’t done them multiple times. It also has what looks like a fault in the screen (thin black horizontal line across it). Today I went for a walk and did 98 minutes which tracked. A few hours later the active minutes had gone. The log of the walk is still there and total steps on the dash but active minutes have gone to zero and calories reduced! Really not been happy with it and think this 2nd one has been worse.

@Gem2589 Welcome to the Community.

Sorry to hear that your Charge 3 isn't working as it should. Lets try restarting your tracker by doing the following:

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port.
  3. Make sure the button on your tracker is aligned with the button opening on the charging cable. You’ll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker’s display.
  4. Press and hold the button on your tracker for 8 seconds. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
  5. Disconnect your tracker from the charging cable.

Let me know how it goes.
