Over the few weeks I have periodically looked for a solution for my change 3 screen blank issue. I’ve attempted all the trouble shooting tips, no help. The screen is absolutely blank all of the time. I still wear it for tracking, it still syncs. Is repair available?

Let me help you with your Charge 3 screen not working. Not sure which troubleshoots you have tried as you don't specify them but please confirm that you have tried restarting it by doing the following:
