I have followed steps re updated phone turned on text preview updated fit bit app and still not receiving messages so frustrating

Let me hep you with your Charge 2 not getting text notifications and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Which phone are you using? Is it compatible?

I’ve done all the steps and my charge 2 still will not receive text notifications. I’ve had a Fitbit for years and this is the first time I think I’m going to have to ditch it and go elsewhere. Sad because I was contemplating buying the new Versa.

Same here, since the update done couple of weeks back I am no longer getting any calls or messages thru my bracelet. So frustrating.

I have tried everything and tried calling customer service but they did but help... I’m getting to the point of looking into buying an Apple Watch ... very frustrated and doesn’t seem like Fitbit is addressing the issue

I have finally had success removed all connections to Bluetooth, showing preview of text messages (wasn’t on before) turned Fitbit off turned phone off and back on plus more and seems I’m receiving text messages again .. shouldn’t be this hard
