My charge 2 just completely stopped tracking steps. I’ve tried restarting it and it is fully charged. It’s tracking everything else but the steps

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not recording your steps and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Are the steps missing from the tracker itself or from your Fitbit account? Could you share a screenshot of what you see on your account? When was the last time you synced your tracker? The more information I have the more I will be able to help you.
