Fitbit Charge 2 not syncing

Can’t seems to sync and there would like to know as the data from the display from the FitBit and apps seems to be not tally, please figure out as it could be fixed or it’s the data of being hacked. Thanks and best regards.

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not syncing. Since your tracker isn't syncing the data won't show or be similar. Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleYou can try the following:

 

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
