I use an iPhone 6S with my Fitbit app. Since the app updated this past week I have had troubles manually adding exercise and my "dots" for hourly activity have not been right. I just went on the app on my PC and was able to manually add exercise. On my phone the exercise shows at a time that is 7 hours earlier than what I entered. The sync time on my phone is also 7 hours off. This is not so on my PC. What is happening? Someone on another post said something about Greenwich mean time showing on the app. Can you fix this?

In addition to what I said above, the heart rate has had a problem as long as I've had my Fitbit. When I walk on my treadmill it often shoots up to 140 or 150 beats per minute even though when I take it manually or use a fingertip oximeter my rate is 30-50 beats slower. So I mostly ignore the HR when I exercise.
