I just got given a fitbit charge 2 and it wasn't reset so I tried myself and it's not working please help

@S0L0 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 isn't resetting. What are you referring to when you say your Charge 2 isn't resetting? Do you see any information? Usually you just need to set it up on your account. Once this is done the data should sync with your account.
