Charge 2 not saving activities recorded with it

Since Christmas for some reason my Charge 2 no longer imports my exercise routine and calories showing the actual workout as a stand alone exercise.   

For example I start my watch off in a spin class & it records my heart rate and calories.  This in turn when synced used to appear on my phone & I could compare my workouts.  Not anymore!!!! HELP. How can I fix it please.

@Sinkinson Welcome! It's great to see you around! Sorry to hear that your activities aren't being saved by your tracker. This is odd. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter this is to ensure it is properly working. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.
