I've had my charge 2 for a few years...recently switched phones and trying to set up. I keep reaching the stage where it says setup taking longer than expected (see attached screenshot). It is being detected by the phone and yes the phone is compatible. I've already restarted the Charge 2 as well as the phone, and switched bluetooth on and off. This is frustrating... any assistance?

Let me help you setting up your Charge 2 and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try clearing the bluetooth connection on your phone by doing the following:
