On the occasion I choose to re-log my sleep manually and I do so in segments of say, 3-4 hours, I have found that either the one before or after or both will show a slightly reduced hours of sleep. It will still display the start and end times as entered, but the sleep graph itself and the total hours asleep will be shortened on one end or the other.
If this is a sleep stages either before or after a simplified details, then it’s easily corrected by going back after done with the simplified and re-saving the stages data. However if it happens to be two segments that show sleep stages, this does not work. Why does it do this way anyway? I can’t think of a reason that makes sense. My guess is that it’s an overlooked and underreported flaw. Any helpful hints would be appreciated. Thank you!
