Charge 2 not showing treadmill data

After my run on the treadmill this morning, I have no detailed information of my run? It has acknowledged that I have been on the treadmill and for how long, but no data on time in each heart rate zone or calories burnt etc? This is the first time it has happened, it was all ok on Monday, any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

I will gladly assist you with your treadmill activity. How are you recording your activity? Can you share a screenshot of how the data is showing on your account? The more information I have the better I will be able to assist you.
