Charge 2 not staying charged

Hi there, my fitbit has worked fine untill about a month ago...it doesn't hold charge for the day and is totally off when I plug it in charger. To point i wonder if it will turn on again...I've done all the suggestions...I've cleaned the plugs on both fitbit and charger with rubbing alcohol. Tried numerous charger options pc and wall.. Done numerous resets and no improvements, please help.

@Chrissy01 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 isn't keeping its charge and thank you for troubleshooting this. I would like to try these steps again but with the difference of leaving it plugged for a couple of hours regardless of what you see on the screen.
