model charge 2
original problem: not sync, since end of March.
After many failed sync attempts,I tried the following solutions (more than once indifferent orders)
1) uninstall-reinstall fitbit app
2) restart charge 2
3) disconnect-reconnect bluetooth connection
Now the situation is even worse: while trying to register the device in the app, after inserting the code provided by charge 2, the charge 2 is not registered and the app provides banal and useless suggestions.
A similar situation happens to my wife's fitbit device (alta hr) (on another smartphone with another android version)
Fitbit is fun, but it should work...
Suggestions (please not banal) ?

I will gladly assist you with your Charge 2 that isn't synchronizing and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Which phone are you using? Is it compatible? Please follow the additional suggestions found in this help article (which your wife can also try on her Alta HR).
