Charge 2 not syncing after firmware update

Since update, unable to connect app with charge 2.  Activity circle spins 3-4 times, the red ! Mark.  Would like to revert to prevent update version if possible.  Of course, not being able to connect, I can no longer down load any fix aarrgggg

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not syncing. Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleYou can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

By the way you can't go back on the firmware version.

Thanks for the response. The problem is clearly associated with the
latest SW update - no problems syncing before that.

I found that if I reset the Charge 2 it would then sync - however, I am
forced to do this each day.

I may try your suggestions if resetting daily becomes a chore
🙂
