Heart rate data missing from activities

Using a charge 2.

During normal exercise my ‘time in heart rates’ in the exercise summary works well. However I have noticed that it no longer comes up on the exercise summary for running, walking and hiking. 

Anyone else having this problem and any idea how to fix it?

hi, i am having the same issue since the new update, my green lights have stopped flashing since the update last week
