For the last month or so my C2 has slowly stopped notifying me of text messages. First, it stopped sending previews of the text and showing only the name. Now it doesn't even alert me. And syncing? Forget about it. The last week it's been a disaster. I've tried every trouble shooting thing on the website and nothing has helped. It's like a firmware update is released to force people to buy new fitbits because the ones they currently have are turned into barely functioning watches. My Charge 2 was working perfectly until this update bull started. All I know is, if I buy a new one and it doesn't work prefectly, I will be very unhappy. Oh! And when it does sync, it goes hours in between and struggles to make it happen. Then I get a pop up saying Fitbit is down for maintenance (sigh). Hopefully this is true and not just another glitch.
