My Charge would not sync and not discovered by Bluetooth. I could on my iPad and other devices were discoverable. Tried everything including reset, iOS update, app update. I was nervous it would not be found but then removed device from the app and re added. Magic! Hope this works for you as I’ve not seen this as a solution on any other post so I hope it helps someone? I’m posting this as a good three hours of my life running around connecting Bluetooth devices, updating apps, rebooting (turn off and back on). Should not go to waste 😂😂💖

I always have the same issues when trying to sync my Charge 2 FitBit. This is so frustrating every time I try to sync. The only reason I'm syncing is to update the time 😞 Yes, I too have wasted so many hours of my life to this peace of crap device. With Christmas coming up I'm asking for something other than FitBit . . .not the first issue I've had with these devices. I follow each time the "Help" suggestions but to have to remove and re-add the device each time is junk. Don't buy these products.

ive had 5 Fitbit’s now and I am so pleased with them! Customer service is excellent too. And when I say 5 it’s not when ones broken or not working I’ve upgraded. Well one did have an issue but even though it was just over a year old Fitbit replaces it and you can’t say fairer than that! Hope Father Christmas brings you what you want though 😂😂💖
