Its not sync missing calls and messages

@Sroche, welcome! It's great to see you around! 

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not syncing nor getting notifications. If the device isn't syncing it can't get notifications so lets address this issue first and see if it resolved the second one. Which phone are you using? Is it compatible? You can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device. 
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  • You can find additional suggestions here.
