Blank screen and vibrating

My blaze 2 now has a blank screen. Before it went blank it had lines across it. It now continuously vibrates when it’s charged and I’m wearing it. Be tried resetting  it but it doesn’t make any difference and I can’t see what is happening as the screen is blank. I get the feeling it’s had it? It’s a couple of years old now but I expected it to last me a bit longer than that. Thanks
