Issues started this morning.
Seems to be syncing with IPad, but not IPhone. If Bluetooth is on iPhone, will not sync with IPad.
Tried, removing app, restarting both devices and Charge 2, Turning Bluetooth on and off, removing device from app.
Very frustrated with support, who suggested I buy a new device.
Considering buying Samsung or Apple Watch.
Anyone else experienced same issue?

Issues started this morning. Have found that it will sync with iPad, but not iPhone. iPhone is just saying looking. Have tried removing app, removing device, turning on and off blue tooth, restarting both devices. If Bluetooth is on iPhone, won’t sync with iPad.
Spoke with support who suggested 25% off a new device. This is clearly not a device issue, it is app related.
I’m very frustrated with not being able to get better support. Considering a move to Samsung or Apple Watch.
Anyone facing same issue?

If you are close to both, try turning off bluetooth on one device to sync to the other.

That seems to work, but wasn’t an issue until today. Seems like something changed in the background?

I don't know why it wasn't an issue before. But this is an issue on how Bluetooth works, not with Fitbit.
