To anyone having problems syncing their Charge2 after the update recently.
Check your Device is compatible. After 10 days of no syncing and trying everything *thinking my phone's low storage was the problem. I then found out through support (they sent me a link) that both my phone and tablet were not compatible so now I can not sync up.
As a busy Mum and no access to a computer through the day this has really upset me.
Has anyone else experienced this?

I am having the same problem and have tried everything, including deleting the devise to try to set up as a new devise. This has not been successful. Very frustrated!

My Phone is a Samsung Galaxy J5 Prime just to clarify. Was working fine from November until this update.

I'm also having this problem and have tried absolutely everything, I'm at my whits end. It was working fine until the update and now I can not pair it with any device. Frustrated is an understatement. Anyone find a solution yet?

My phone (Galaxy S8) will not sync but my tablet (Samsung Tab E) does. This means that I can eventually see things but I no longer have access to GPS while training making this expensive watch little more than a mechanical pedometer. Definitely not what I want/need. If they can't get things fixed soon I will no longer be a Fitbit user.

Did you check the device is still compatible? There's a link somewhete in thread i think. My phone and tablet no longer worked with fitbit after the update. All they said is, use computer. Best of luck! I am now using my fitbit as an ugly watch and step counter for now then switching to another brand.

My phone is on the compatible list my tablet is not, go figure. Doesn't give me much confidence in their ability to fix things.

After the update a few months ago (that I did not agree to nor warned about) my charge2 no longer syncs with my devices (now incompatible) I was told through support to use computer.
I didn't get a dongle with fitbit plus the whole point of using fitbit was to sync with phone as I can't go to computer throughout the day.
I had it working for 6 months and supposedly just need to accept it won't work now.
My question is, has anyone experienced this and knows if it's correct as a consumer to buy a product only for it to last 6 months and no longer serve it's purpose. It cost me around $350 Australian.
Basically I now have a pedometer and ugly watch.
I raved about fitbit to everyone and anyone including social media.
I am gobsmacked that they think this is acceptable.
Please and Thanks

I have had such trouble, I am at the end of my tether with my fitbit. I started off with a surge which stopped syncing at Xmas 2017 and had a broken strap. I have had about 5 replacements with various faults and because I love the fitbit app, I decided to buy the charge 2 at half price which arrived in May, that too wouldn't sync and I have now received another replacement which also won't sync. I have been told that I can't have a refund for the £70 I paid so I have now had enough of all the faulty fitbit that I have had so have no choice but to give up with them. So disgusted with their products.

Since posting this things have changed. About a week ago it started syncing to my phone most of the time, there are still times when the tracker is not found, but it no longer syncs with my tablet. So I've got some improved functionality but I no longer trust what it shows beyond the step count.

I put mine on the charger and push and hold on me button to see your screen for about 10 seconds, and then take the Fitbit off the charger, if that does not work I shut off my Bluetooth clear all my other apps running in the background of my phone, then try to sync my phone to my Fitbit again, if that does not work I shut off my phone and turn it back on, and while it is coming back up I push and hold on the button on my Fitbit again for about 10 seconds and then take it off of the charger and that usually fixes it for a few days

Read my "fix" , not sure if it will work for everyone but it's worth a try
