The sync capability is not performing as of 4/19/2019. Weird, the battery is saying fully charged but that too is not accurate. I just got the device for a Christmas gift. Its only 5 months old... Please advise, this is not cool. 😎

I will gladly assist you with your syncing issues. Which phone are you using? Is it compatible? You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. You can find additional suggestions here.
