have a look in the Android Forum, plenty with the same issue.
comes down to version of Android and version of Fitbit app - I got an update for each yesterday and mine is working ok but ymmv

Charge 2 not syncing with Android app. Syncs ok with laptop. Nothing wrong with other Bluetooth devices assoicated with phone. It's been over a week. Fitbit sent a new tracker... Doesn't sync with app... Old tracker syncs with computer.... Followed all instructions by Fitbit support on the phone and it doesn't sync with the app.

It would be helpful to know what phone the app is on @Ak089.
If I am reading you correctly, the old tracker syncs with the computer but not the phone. The new tracker doesn't sync with the Phoebe, does the new tracker sync with the computer?

App is on a brand new phone honor 6x. It started syncing just fine when I got the phone and stopped about a week ago. Yes trackers don't sync with phone and do sync with computer.

Have you removed the old tracker, replacing it with the new one, or are the two teachers now on different accounts?

Removed and replaced... Either way still sync with computer and not Android app

All of my apps are up to date I can't do anything about the version if Android I have but the phone is brand new so it's not anything old.

Thanks. It seems like I'm having the same problems but I have Android 7.0 and not 8.0 ... the admin said they knew about problems with 8.0

There are plenty of android phones that sync with Fitbit. I'm not sure what you are saying. Does your Fitbit sync with your unknown type of phone?
