Hey @VJellis, it is nice to see new faces around! Smiley Happy I just want to confirm, the phone that you have is the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo or the Samsung Galaxy Note 3? 'Cause if you have the last one, let me tell you that this one doesn't appear on the compatible devices list so that could be the reason why you are getting syncing issues. Now, if you have the Neo model, I'd suggest you to try the following:

- Restart your Charge 2

- Turn off the Bluetooth off your tablet

- Reboot your tablet

- Turn the Bluetooth on

- Try to sync again

Give it a shot and let me know if that works!

I just checked the list of compatible phones TWICE and Samsung Galaxy Note III (NOT neo) is too listed as a compatible device:

Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo

Samsung Galaxy Note III

Samsung Galaxy Note III Round

I also verified that I am running Android 5.0. My charge 3 connected the first time, has no trouble syncing with my laptop but wasn't syncing with my phone. I tried everything in your lists (rebooting both devices, etc etc etc). I just figured out that I was reading ONE thing incorrectly - your site says to turn OFF always connected and I thought it said to turn it ON. Now that I turned it off my phone syncs - I didn't need to do all that other annoying stuff.

Hey @MJoseph, I hope you are doin' fine! The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo and Pro are listed as compatible devices. On the other side, sounds great that your Charge 3 is syncing fine with your phone. If you experience syncing issues in the future, please make sure to update the operation system to it's latest version.
