Hello @micr0! Thanks for sharing the inconvenience you have with your wife's Charge 2 that is not syncing after the update. I appreciate all the details provided and the steps you followed in order to find a solution, you did great. Please note that the Nokia 8 Sirocco, is not listed between the compatible devices with the Fitbit App, this might cause some issues. I will recommend to try to set it up with another compatible device or computer or to try to set it up (as you have deleted the tracker from the app) after following the instructions on the following article: Is the Fitbit app interfering with other Bluetooth devices?

Hope this helps, let me know if you have any questions! Woman Happy

I am also having trouble with this since the update, as my charge 2 worked perfectly fine until then, and all you've done since the update is remove the Nokia 8 from compatible devices.

Is this issue actually going to be resolved or am I just going to be forced to abandon Fitbit all together because your incapable of actually being bothered to fix the issue?

@VeeJohnson Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! Your phone doesn't show as compatible but that doesn’t mean it won’t work it just means that it hasn’t been tested by our team. You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.

Please be aware that Android users are having issues syncing with Android 9 (Pie), you can check this thread to keep up to date with this.

Let me know how it goes!

Hi,
I have already done all this, my phone used to connect to my Fitbit for 6
months until the update for Android came out, and now it doesn't work, will
not connect no matter what I do!
I have now resorted to using a tablet I have for it to track my sleep etc
at least until I find a replacement watch that actually connects to my
phone.
As I stated previously, it used to connect to my phone no problems then my
phone update to android 9(pie) and doesn't work anymore.

@VeeJohnson thank you for the update. As explained in my previous post, devices running Android 9 (Pie) are having issues syncing with Fitbit devices. This is why I shared the main thread so you can keep an eye on it. The team is working on fixing this so I can only ask for your patience while this is resolved.

I'll be around!
