@ArindamDas Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you syncing your Charge 2 with your phone. Your phone doesn't show as compatible but that doesn’t mean it won’t work it just means that it hasn’t been tested by our team. You can try the following:

Hi,
I've tried all possible solutions (ones mentioned here and various YouTube videos) to try syncing my Fitbit Charge 2 on my Redmi Note 7 Pro.
From restarting and resetting the device and rebooting the phone, switching on and off Bluetooth connectivity, removing and reinstalling the Fitbit app, unpairing the device, logging off from the account, allowing permissions to the Fitbit app... Nothing seems to be working.
Unfortunately, now after unpairing the device, am stuck at setup mode. The device refuses to connect and sync with the Fitbit app on the phone after the code is provided.
This is a tad frustrating, as I've been on it for a few days now.
Any and all help from the Fitbit team and community is most appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
Best,
Carol

Hi all,
So here's an update. A happy and resolved one!
I finally managed to sync my Charge 2 to my Redmi note 7 pro. I hope it helps fellow note 7 pro users too, facing the same issue.
Befores resuming the process of connecting my Fitbit charge 2 to the phone, I switched off and on Bluetooth (for the umpteenth time).
Clicked on Bluetooth settings.
Searched for connected devices.
Found the Charge 2 in hidden devices.
Clicked on Charge 2
Waited for it to connect
It appeared as connected.
And started the entire process from linking my Charge 2 with the phone from scratch.
And voila, it all fell into place.
Hope this helps.
