Hello 

can anybody help ? 

My I phone 8 and charge 2 tracker will not pair ,so therefore I can’t receive text or call notifications,

is there anything I can do ?

Let me help you with you Charge 2 not syncing with your phone. You can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device. 
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

thank you very much for the advice. It is finally working now after about a year . Wish I’d have been in touch sooner .
