I use my Charge 2 with my Samsung phone and it has worked fine until recently. Since the last app update it has impaired with the phone and now will not pair.
I have read all the previous threads on this problem and tried all the steps listed.
I have:
Removed the tracker from the phone and app
Unintstalled and reinstalled the app
Restarted phone and tracker
Turned Bluetooth off and on
Check location permissions are on.
There are no other trackers in the house.
The phone can find the tracker, but will not connect when I enter the four digit code.
Is there anything else I can do?

One thing to try that has worked for me before is to "forget" the link to the fitbit in the phone's bluetooth settings.
