Charge 2 not syncing with iPhone and computer

My Charge 2 will not sync to my iPhone or MacBook.  I have tried turning the bluetooth off and on as well as reinstalling the app.  I unlinked it and it still won't recognize it.  HELP any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not syncing with your phone and computer and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. You can try the following:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

I’m having the same problem. And the time is wrong so watch is useless unless I can get it to sync to update.

I am having the same problem.  I get the error that I need to turn on Bluetooth.  Bluetooth is on. Restarted everything. Actually deleted device from Bluetooth and now not getting request to pair either.

Actually, I got it to sync through MacOS.  Hasn't worked on iPhone since last iOS update

Last note from me.  Then I reinstalled the app on my iPhone and relogged in and it had the current data and could sync.

I reinstalled the Fitbit app and it worked...for one day.  Today it's back to not syncing.
