My Charge 2 will not sync to my iPhone or MacBook. I have tried turning the bluetooth off and on as well as reinstalling the app. I unlinked it and it still won't recognize it. HELP any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Best AnswerI am having the same problem. I get the error that I need to turn on Bluetooth. Bluetooth is on. Restarted everything. Actually deleted device from Bluetooth and now not getting request to pair either.

Best AnswerLast note from me. Then I reinstalled the app on my iPhone and relogged in and it had the current data and could sync.
