Can’t set up replacement Charge 2

I had my Charge 2 replaced as it was under Squaretrade warranty. I received the new one and can’t set it up. I have restarted my phone (IPhone XR), turned the Bluetooth off and back on, and tried pairing it with another device (Apple computer). I had it forget the old device and no matter what it will not recognize my new Fitbit. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it, too. Nothing works

Let me help you setting up your Charge 2 on your iPhone and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try clearing the link between the two devices by doing the following:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

There is no link between them. I have done everything that has been suggested and nothing works!
