Charge 2 not syncing

My charge 2 does not longer sync with my phone... What can I do?

@Evelienh it's worth starting with a couple of reboots to see if that cures it. Pop it on the charger and press and hold the side button in until you see the Fitbit emblem appear. Once it's booted up I do the same a couple more times and have a go at recsyncing.
