Hi everyone, 

I just realized that the green lights of the wrist sensor don't work (they are off) and my heart rate is not registered since January 4. weird because when I charged it the last time, couple days ago, they were working. I checked and My heart tracking is on automatic mode. someone knows why it stop working. And if there is any thing that I can do to make it work correctly again? Thanks in advance!

I have the same problem,mines not worked since the end of December. I've reset it twice but no luck. Thought it would last longer than 2 years, really disappointed
