Hi,

 

since a couple of weeks my Charge 2 stopped showing my iMessages and iPhone calls on the display. I switched the module on and off in the app and even switched my phone on and off, but still nothing. Worked perfectly fine before... any suggestions?

@Mangogirl Welcome! It's great to see you around! Sorry to hear that you aren't getting notifications from your iPhone to your Charge 2 and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Make sure that it isn't in the do not disturb mode by long pressing the button while seeing the clock face. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device.

Make sure that it isn't in the do not disturb mode by long pressing the button while seeing the clock face -> this did the trick, thanks so much!! I didn’t even know it had a do not disturb mode.....
