Best AnswerSame problem with mine, I tried everything possibly. Deleted the app off my windows 10 computer that has bluetooth 4.0. Reinstalled, still doesnt work. Tried restarting the tracker. Didn't work. It shows up under bluetooth for like half a second then disappears. It would appear my charge 2 was an absolute waste of money. Lmao, at this point it doesnt even have the time right. It's a hundred dollar step tracker. I will never purchase a Fitbit again. Customer service has been no help either.
