Charge 2 not syncing

After 2 years of use with the same phone, my Charge2 no longer syncs with my phone/app.

Same for me, except I sync to my laptop.

 

So far advice from their HelpDesk hasn't fixed it

After resetting my Fitbit yesterday with no change in syncing, several
hours later, my app finally synced with my watch. No additional assistance
is needed at this time.

Same problem with mine, I tried everything possibly. Deleted the app off my windows 10 computer that has bluetooth 4.0. Reinstalled, still doesnt work. Tried restarting the tracker. Didn't work. It shows up under bluetooth for like half a second then disappears. It would appear my charge 2 was an absolute waste of money. Lmao, at this point it doesnt even have the time right. It's a hundred dollar step tracker. I will never purchase a Fitbit again. Customer service has been no help either.
