Charge 2 not syncing

Whenever something works perfectly fine, people feel like they have to change it. Ever since this latest update, my fitbit doesn't want to sync. Never had this problem before. This is so frustrating. And yo contact customer support I have to either call ot have Twitter. I'm not making a Twitter account. Why can't I just email. This is ridiculous.

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not syncing. Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleYou can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
