Hello, I’ve noticed that since the app has been updated it has been a nightmare to add foods. If I haven’t added them previously it takes forever for it to log. It lags for ages. I close the app, reopen and it’s the same. I’ve also noticed that it will often double the amount that I enter which is also frustrating. Can you look at this issue please? It’s not the WiFi connection as it happens wherever I go not only at home. Thank you.

Let me help you with your Fitbit app lagging while logging food and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Which phone are you using and which OS version is it running? Try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

Hello! I’ve got an iPhone 7. The OS is up to date - iOS 12.4.1
I’ve tried what you have suggested however it did not work.
