Ever since my Fitbit ran out of battery for over a week my steps don't sync with my friends. It's charged up. Everything is working apart from that anybody know what it is pls?

@AllyWilliams78 Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! 

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not syncing. Is it syncing with your account and just not showing on challenges or leader board or is it not syncing at all? Which phone are you using? Is it compatible? You can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device. 
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  • You can find additional suggestions here.
