Charge 2 not syncing

My Charge 2 stopped syncing, Using Samsung A40 but wife has identical phone and tracker but hers is ok... when set up device phone says it's found my tracker and tracker displays code but won't communicate again ... tried all the resets, app reset etc but still nothing... suggestions?

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not syncing and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. You can try the following:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
