My Fitbit Charge 2 was running an update. Now there is just an exclamation point. My IPhone is iOS 13.1.2. My Fitbit will not do anything. I have tried turning it off and on and just the exclamation point comes back. It is fully charged or was prior to running the update. I do not know how to correct this problem.
